In June 1989 Nirvana began their Bleach club tour, which found them performing outside the US North West for the first time. Starting with an extensive North American jaunt, by October ’89 they were in the UK where they kicked of a European leg, which also took Nirvana to Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, France and Austria. It was in the latter country’s capital city, Vienna, that Nirvana performed on 22 November ’89, and where they played one of their finest shows of the entire Bleach tour. A concert recorded for live FM radio broadcast too, the gig remains previously unreleased on vinyl, but is now available in its entirety on this new 2LP set.
